Do I need to stay overnight to enjoy the Relax Wimberley Experience deal?
Yes. You need to stay overnight at either Hotel Flora & Fauna or Cypress Creek Cottages. We recommend you stay at least two nights to fully enjoy the benefits of your experience.

Can I stay at another lodging provider and still get the Relax Wimberley Experience deal?
No. The Relax Wimberley Experience is exclusively available for patrons of the Hotel Flora & Fauna or Cypress Creek Cottages.

Is there a minimum number of nights required for our stay?
Sunday through Thursday a one-night minimum stay is required. Friday and Saturday a two-night minimum stay is required. Please note, we recommend you stay at least two nights to fully enjoy the benefits of your Relax Wimberley experience.

When can I go to enjoy Relax Wimberley Experience?
The Relax Wimberley Experience is offered year-round on a daily basis. Our preferred Spa Experience provider recommends Sunday through Thursday between 11 and 5 PM as the best days and times to fully relax and enjoy the experience.

Are pets allowed?
Yes. Pets are allowed at the lodging providers. Sorry, no pets are allowed at the Spa services provider.

Do I have to pay for parking?
No. Parking is free.

What is the cost per person for the Relax Wimberley Experience?
The cost per person depends on the actual experience chosen as shown below:

A. Wellness + Relaxation Experience
  • CranioSacral session - 60 minutes of body work to release tensions in the central nervous system so that every other system in the body can relax, self-correct, and free itself of pain and discomfort.
  • Full Body Massage - 60 minutes of massage customized to your specific needs using blended techniques of Swedish, deep tissue, and Thai massage.
  • Aloe Pure facial - 60 minutes of pure bliss! Includes cleanse, exfoliation, multiple masks, extractions, high frequency, arm/hand massage, neck/shoulder massage, scalp massage, and signature face lifting massage.
  • Includes choice of wine or alternative beverage, aromatherapy, 100% natural products, and hot towel treatments.
  • Package special price of $335. Price does not include gratuity.
B. Pamper + Relaxation Experience
  • Full Body Massage - 90 minutes of massage customized to your specific needs using blended techniques of Swedish, deep tissue, and Thai massage.
  • Aloe Pure facial - 60 minutes of pure bliss! Includes cleanse, exfoliation, multiple masks, extractions, high frequency, arm/hand massage, neck/shoulder massage, scalp massage, and signature face lifting massage.

  • Package special price of $270. Price does not include gratuity.

If I didn't use my Relax Experience Spa services during my stay, can I use it at another time?
No. You must purchase another Relax Wimberley Experience.

If we get rained out, is there a raincheck?
No. Sorry, we can't control for the weather.
